All orders over £100 excluding VAT qualify for our free next working day delivery service Any orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
There are a limited number of products which free next working day delivery doesn't apply to. We will endeavour to inform you about this in the product description and/or at checkout.

Parcel deliveries: Free next working day delivery on most mainland UK orders over £100.
Pallet deliveries: Free 2–3 day delivery on most orders over £100. Need a pallet next day? That’s just £40 + VAT per pallet.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it every step.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
If your delivery is delayed, just get in touch with our friendly team with your order number—we’ll sort it out quickly.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver across the UK only, but we’re working on expanding our delivery options soon.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Need to update your delivery address? Contact us as soon as possible — changes can usually be made before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, we may still be able to amend the address for an additional charge. Please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
What happens if I am not at the premises when my order arrives?

What should I do if my order is damaged or items are missing?
Pallet deliveries: Please inspect items on arrival and mark any damage on the delivery note. Report any damage / lost items immediately.
Parcel deliveries: Report any damage or lost items within 24 hours and we’ll take care of it.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date and time?
Do you offer weekend deliveries?
Yes! Weekend delivery is available across most locations for a small additional fee. Check availability at checkout.

How are pallet deliveries made?
Pallet deliveries arrive between 8:00am and 6:00pm and are kerbside only unless stated otherwise. Please make sure someone is on-site and reachable on the contact number provided. If you can only accept delivery at certain times, you can upgrade to a timed, AM, or PM slot for a small extra cost. Let us know about any access restrictions in advance so we can make suitable arrangements.
