Kerbside delivery
2–3 working days · or next working day
Your order will be delivered to the kerbside between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Please ensure someone is available on-site and reachable on the contact number provided. Please note: the buyer is responsible for goods once they leave the delivery vehicle, so you'll need people on-site ready to inspect and bring items into your premises. You'll receive a notification when the driver is on their way.
2-man room of choice delivery
Next working day · or weekend
Our 2-person team will bring your order directly to your room of choice and take care of all packaging removal and disposal, so you can get straight to work. You'll receive an estimated time slot the day before delivery. Perfect for large, heavy, or high-value equipment.
Need a specific date, timed slot, or out-of-hours delivery? We can arrange AM, PM, timed, or out-of-hours slots for an additional charge. Get in touch with our team and we'll sort it for you.
Important: Please inspect all pallet items on arrival and mark any damage on the delivery note before signing. Missing or damaged items must be reported to our team immediately, don't sign and walk away.

Any surcharges and extended lead times for remote or offshore locations will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order, so there are no nasty surprises.

Frequently asked questions
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with a courier tracking link. Follow your delivery right to the door, no chasing required.
What if nobody is in when my order arrives?
For parcel orders, most couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the goods to us. If you know you won't be in, leave a note for the driver with any safe place instructions. You'll find courier contact details in your dispatch notification so you can rearrange if needed.
For pallet orders, you must be available on the day. If no one is present when the driver arrives, a re-delivery charge will apply. If your availability is limited, consider upgrading to a timed slot, just get in touch and we'll help.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. If your order has already left us, we'll try to redirect it, though an additional charge may apply. The sooner you get in touch, the better!
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or items are missing?
Parcel orders: let us know within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we'll get it sorted.
Pallet orders: inspect everything on arrival, note any damage on the delivery note before signing, and contact us straight away. Don't sign for damaged goods without noting it, this protects your claim.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We currently deliver across the UK only. Watch this space, we're always looking at ways to expand our service.
Is weekend delivery available?
Yes! Saturday and Sunday delivery is available on selected products across most locations for an additional fee. Check availability at checkout or give us a call if you need help choosing the right option.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely, Click & Collect is available from our warehouse at Unit 7 Jade Business Park, Spring Road, Murton, SR7 9DR, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Just select the Click & Collect option at checkout and give us a heads-up before you come so we have everything ready for you.
