Returning a product

If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Review Our Return Policy
Please ensure that your item is eligible for return by reviewing our return policy on the Returns and Refunds page

2. Initiate Your Return Online
Login to your Ecatering account and initiate the return.

3. Prepare Your Return
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email from us with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Small item returns

If your returning a parcel, you will be responsible for arranging its delivery. We recommend using a reputable tracked service such as Royal Mail or Evri.

Large item returns

If you are returning a larger item, we will arrange collection. We'll contact you to arrange that within one working day of receving your return request.

4. Package the Item
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts that came with the purchase. Place the item securely in a suitable shipping box.

6. Ship the Item
Send the item based on the shipping instructions that will have been provided.

7. Refund Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Additional Information:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 90 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods or customised products, may not be eligible for return. Please refer to our return policy for more details.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain returns. Our customer service team will inform you if this fee applies.
