How do I earn E-Points?

You can earn a number of different ways.

You will earn when you sign up, for each purchase you make, and you'll earn extra E-Points for completing missions!

How do I join? Does it cost anything?

It's free to join!

Create an account (or sign in if you already have one). Be sure to sign in whenever you make a purchase in order to receive your E-Points!

We can't offer E-Points for purchases you made if you check out as a guest or use a different email to your registered email.

How do I become a VIP?

You will move up to the VIP tier the more you spend with us!

How do I redeem my E-Points?

To redeem E-Points, sign in and go to the Rewards dashboard, located in the "E-Rewards" button on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Redeem points by clicking "ways to redeem".

Do my E-Points expire?

Yes, E-Points expire.

If you have been inactive/not purchase for the past 12 months (i.e. no earning or spending of E-Points) then your E-Points balance will be set back to zero.

Tier status resets every 12 months from when a new membership starts.

Where can I see how many E-Points I have?

You can find your E-Points balance on the Rewards dashboard, located in the "E-Rewards" button on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Can I earn E-Points on past purchases?

No, E-Points cannot be added to your account retroactively.

You can earn E-Points on all future purchases when logged into your account and shopping.

Can I return rewards?

Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for another product or service or a monetary reward.

Rewards may not be combined with any other vouchers or promotion.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can close your account at any time.

Please send an email to and write "cancel rewards programme membership" in the subject line from the email account you had signed up with.
