If you’re in the local area, we’d love to meet you at our Seaham warehouse on collection of your new equipment. When you choose Click & Collect at checkout, simply give us a call when you arrive & we’ll take care of the rest.

Let’s be honest, even with value for money products it’s never cheap to kit out your kitchen or replace essential equipment during those unexpected times. If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from the Company. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

In the first instance, please contact our customer service team on 0333 358 3678. Alternatively you can email sales@ecatering.co.uk with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been despatched, then we will be possibly be able to amend your order free of charge. However if you have received your order and you wish to change / cancel goods you will have to pay a 25% restocking charge and return the goods to us new, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to waive any of these charges at our discretion.
