Great culinary results start with great equipment so it is essential that you use your product(s) to their full potential.

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely! When a much loved part of your kitchen breaks down or you need a fast upgrade, our help is always on hand. If you’re in the local area, we’d love to meet you at our Seaham warehouse on collection of your new equipment. When you choose Click & Collect at checkout, simply give us a call when you arrive & we’ll take care of the rest.

How can I place an order?

You can purchase products online or over the telephone through our dedicated Customer Services team.

Do you offer finance?

Let’s be honest, even with value for money products it’s never cheap to kit out your kitchen or replace essential equipment during those unexpected times. If you need to spread the cost we have a range of finance options available depending on your circumstances to help get the job done as smoothly as possible. Will I receive an order acknowledgment and acceptance?

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from the Company. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

How do I change / cancel an order once it's placed?

In the first instance, please contact our customer service team on 0333 358 3678. Alternatively you can email with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been despatched, then we will be possibly be able to amend your order free of charge. However if you have received your order and you wish to change / cancel goods you will have to pay a 25% restocking charge and return the goods to us new, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to waive any of these charges at our discretion.
