As we approach the busiest time of the year for the hospitality industry, we want to make sure you have everything you need. Whether it’s a last-minute replacement or stocking up for New Year's Eve, here is our full opening schedule and dispatch times.
Important Delivery Information
Please note that courier networks are exceptionally busy during this period. We recommend placing critical orders 24 hours earlier than usual to avoid disappointment.
We are able to offer our standard delivery options (including next-day delivery) on all dates except the 24th and 31st of December. Please see the schedule below for specific dispatch details on those dates.
Full Opening & Dispatch Schedule
Monday 22nd December Business as usual, 8am–5pm. Order Cut-Off: 5pm
Tuesday 23rd December Business as usual, 8am–5pm. Order Cut-Off: 5pm
Wednesday 24th December Half-day, 8am–12pm. No Orders being Dispatched. Note: Orders placed today will be collected on the 29th of December. Delivery lead times start from that date (e.g., Next-Day delivery arrives on the 30th; Two-Day delivery arrives on the 31st).
Thursday 25th December (Christmas Day) Closed. No orders being dispatched.
Friday 26th December (Boxing Day) Closed. No orders being dispatched.
Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th December Closed. No orders being dispatched.
Monday 29th December Business as usual, 8am–5pm. Order Cut-Off: 5pm
Tuesday 30th December Business as usual, 8am–5pm. Order Cut-Off: 5pm
Wednesday 31st December Half-day, 8am–12pm. No Orders being Dispatched. Note: For orders placed today, the lead time will start from the 2nd of January (e.g., Next-Day delivery arrives on the 5th; Two-Day delivery arrives on the 6th).
Thursday 1st January (New Year's Day) Closed. No orders being dispatched.
Friday 2nd January Business as usual, 8am–5pm. Order Cut-Off: 5pm
