Far too many companies nowadays from traditional catering equipment distributors through to many online distributors do not actually keep stock of the lines they sell. Instead they choose to set up a nice looking website and when you place an order with them, they start ringing around their suppliers and wholesalers to try and get the product you ordered. Most of the time you will not be aware of this and generally it may not cause a problem, but what if their supplier has no stock ? Then you, the customer, are let down - most likely with a poor excuse. This is less likely to happen with, as over 95% of all the products we advertise for sale are kept in stock in our own warehouse. If any items do go out of stock, our website will not show any stock, or the product simply won't appear until we know we have a confirmed delivery date. That way we can ensure you know that you will get the product you ordered, in the time frame you need it !

Why are your prices so low

We have been supplying commercial catering equipment to businesses for many years and by dealing directly with manufacturers on all our goods we cut out the middleman, thereby saving other people from taking a cut of the sale. We are then able to pass these savings directly on to you.

Can I pick up my order from your office?

We do not hold stock at our office. All orders are dispatched from our high tech warehouses. Therefore we cannot accommodate pick up from our office or at our warehouses.

Do you have a shop / store?

We do not have a shop. We sell online or over the telephone only via our dedicated commercial catering equipment catalogue which gives you more convenience and cheaper prices due to reduced overheads ! As we do not supply to the general public there is no need for an expensive shop front as we do not have walk in customers.

Will I receive an order acknowledgment and acceptance

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from the Company. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

How do I change / cancel an order once its placed

In the first instance, please telephone us on 0333 358 3678. Alternatively you can email with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been despatched then this will be possible free of charge. However if you have received your order and you wish to change / cancel goods you will have to pay a 25% restocking charge and return the goods to us new, unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to waive any of these charges at our discretion.

What warranty / guarantee do I get with any products I purchase.

All items are supplied without warranty unless detailed in the Product Features & Specification section within each product. Where warranty is stated it applies as in the following examples:-

- 2 years warranty. This means that we cover the replacement of any parts that are deemed to have failed during the warranty period. We do not cover labour costs, engineer costs, postage costs nor any consequential loss.

- 3 years full onsite (manufacturers) warranty. This means that the manufacturer of the machine will cover all costs involved in repairing the item through their own network / workforce. This does not cover any consequential loss. If an item is faulty through customer misuse then the manufacturer will charge the customer for any costs incurred.

The above examples give an indication of the type of warranty applicable and these do not apply to all items. We advise you to check the item you are purchasing to get specific details of the warranty which will apply.

None of these terms affect your statutory rights nor will they apply if an item is received and is not working and this is reported to us with 24 hours of delivery.

If an item is received and is not working on arrival, please contact us on 0333 358 3678 within 24 hours of receipt of the goods to advise of this and we can arrange a replacement / refund as required.
