Meet Paula, our friendly Customer Service Advisor. As part of the Customer Service team, Paula is often the first point of contact for our customers, from taking telephone orders, checking and arranging  deliveries & collections, to processing refunds & exchanges and helping with as many queries as possible.

Paula is always happy to help our customers with queries, no matter how big or small and prides herself on doing what’s best for the customer. As an integral part of the customer service team, Paula plays a key role in offering our customers the excellent customer service that we strive for.
