Meet Heather, our Operations Administrator. Known for her listening ear, Heather prides herself on being approachable and supporting anyone who may need her help, both professionally or personally in their time of need.

Heather plays an essential role in the operations side of the business, coordinating & booking in all inbound trailer & container deliveries into the schedule for over 100 suppliers for both ECatering and our sister company GM Packaging. Heather is passionate in everything she does and she believes that if you don't intend on giving something your best, you might as well stay at home.
