Introducing Carys, our newly appointed Customer Service Manager. Carys has  worked for ECatering for a little over 2 and a half years and is passionate about working with the CS team to grow and develop the team further to offer unbeatable customer service and an unforgettable customer experience, right through from ordering to aftercare.

Carys takes great pride in her job and always pays attention to details. As a keen problem solver, Carys enjoys seeing issues through from beginning to end and finding solutions to complex issues.
