Hard wearing, knife friendly and non-toxic, this FSA food grade high density polyethylene chopping board is designed to keep you and your customers safe from cross-contamination without dulling your knives in the way a wooden board would.
Dimensions: L 440 x W 300 x D 15mm
Made from a durable, rust resistant poly plastic, it is colour coded to meet industry guidance for food hygiene standards.
Available in 7 different colours
Easy to clean by hand wash, the cutting board is also easy to store thanks to the six slot up to 1.5mm incline drying and storage rack (Sold Separately) and does not feature a handle – maximizing cutting space.
